Terms of Service

Encore is an AI fashion stylist. You upload a full-body photo and pick a style, and our engine restyles your outfit into a photoreal look in seconds — keeping your face, hair, body and pose, and changing only the clothes.

The service is operated by New Company 1 (“encore”, “we”, “us”) (Company No. 000000000), New Address 1. By creating an account or using encore you agree to these Terms.

You need an account to use encore. You must give an accurate email address, keep your password secure and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Encore is for individuals aged 18 or over. One person, one account — please don’t share logins or resell access to the service itself.

Encore runs on prepaid credits. New accounts get their first look free. Generating a look costs 1 credit. You can buy more credits in packs or as a custom top-up at any time — there is no subscription.

• Credits are prepaid and bought up front.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits never expire — use them whenever suits you.

Card payments are handled over a secure, encrypted connection by a regulated payment partner; we never see or store your full card number. All prices are set and charged in EUR — the EUR amount shown is exactly what you pay. How payments are taken is set out in our Payment Policy; your right to a refund on unused credits is set out in our Refund Policy, and how to cancel in our Cancellation Policy.

When using encore, you agree not to:

• upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or that you have no right to use;
• generate looks that are unlawful, harmful, sexually explicit or that impersonate others;
• misuse, copy, scrape, or attempt to break or overload the service;
• use the output to deceive, harass, defame or harm anyone.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, where we reasonably believe the law requires it, or to protect other users.

encore’s looks are AI-generated renders. They re-imagine your outfit and are creative interpretations, not photographs of real clothing you own or can buy. They can contain artefacts or mistakes.

You are responsible for how you use and share the looks you create — including making clear, where it matters, that an image is an AI restyle. The finished look is yours.

You own your looks. The photo you upload and the looks encore renders for you are yours to use, download and share however you like.

We own the platform. encore’s software, branding, design and the underlying engine remain our property. These Terms don’t give you any right to copy or resell the platform itself.

Encore is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We don’t guarantee that a given look will render perfectly, match your expectations exactly, or be suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.

If we close your account for a reason that isn’t your fault, we’ll refund any unused, unexpired credits. Your right to a refund on unused credits under consumer law is unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we’ll give you reasonable notice. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of New Company 1, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are subject to the competent courts of that place, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
