Your photos and looks, kept safe.
Encore is a plain, honest consumer product — and we treat your data that way. Here's exactly how we protect it, in plain English.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection to encore uses TLS, so your data is encrypted as it travels between your device and our servers. Stored data is encrypted at rest, so it stays protected on disk too.
Securely hosted
Your account, photos and looks live on secure managed infrastructure; your information is protected under strong data-protection standards.
Your photos and looks are yours
The photos you upload and the looks you render belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell your data to anyone. Your history is visible only to you.
Secure payments
Purchases are handled over a secure payment flow. Your card details are entered into a secure payment form and are never stored on encore's own servers.
You're in control of your data.
Encore respects your rights under applicable data-protection law. You can exercise any of these at any time — just email us and we'll handle it.
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
Portability
Export your data in a portable format whenever you need it.
Rectification
Correct anything inaccurate in your account details.
Erasure
Delete your account and associated data on request.
To make a request, email support@encore.style. You can also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority where you live.
Delete your account anytime
You can delete your account from your settings, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your personal data, uploaded photos and look history from active systems. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, purchase records), and nothing more.
A quick word on responsibility
Encore generates AI restyles of the photo you upload; the looks you create and share are yours to review and own. Only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private. If you ever spot something that doesn't look right, tell us straight away.
